Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Ta-Ha Publishers. Our policy is compliant with your statutory rights, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received an incorrect item:
- Report it to us: Please accept our apologies and email us at support@tahapublishers.com with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.
- Time Limit: You have up to 14 days from the date you received your book to report a fault and request a full refund or replacement.
- Our Solution: Once confirmed, we will process your refund or dispatch a free replacement copy, covering all shipping costs. You do not need to return the faulty item.
2. Change of Mind (Cancellations)
Our returns guarantee means that if you change your mind, you may cancel your order and return the item under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Period: You must notify us of your intent to return the item in writing at support@tahapublishers.com quoting your order number within 14 days of the date you received the item. You have a further 14 days to return the item to us, at your expense.
- Item Condition: The item must be returned in resaleable condition. This means that it must be unused and, if it is sealed (shrink-wrapped), we ask that this remains intact. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item has been damaged or its value diminished, such that we cannot sell it.
- Refund: We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item upon receipt and inspection of the returned book. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Proof of Posting: We strongly recommend you use a trackable method and retain a proof of posting, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Who We Are
One of the First Islamic Publishers in the United Kingdom
Connecting English-speaking Muslims to the heart of their faith with authentic, accessible books.
At a time when there were limited faith-based resources to learn and teach Islam to the Muslim community in English, Afsar & Jamal-un-Nisa Siddiqui founded one of the first Islamic publishing houses in the UK. Leaving behind professional careers, they paved the way for future generations to enjoy a wide range of Islamic literature. Almost fifty years later, we continue to provide the highest quality books worldwide and support literacy charities.
