Bio
Arfan Qureshi is Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Development at the Campbell Soup Company, where he is responsible for the talent strategy, design, and execution. He has previously held senior learning, leadership, and organizational development roles at Comcast and the Hershey Company. Arfan has consulted internationally in the Middle East and Africa. He is also co-founder of Sagetree Foundation. He obtained his master’s degree in Change of Management Coaching and Consulting from a joint program between Oxford University’s Said Business School as well as HEC Paris’s School of Business. He also holds a master’s degree in Social and Personality Psychology from Michigan State University. His passion is parenting, child rearing, education, and Islamic spirituality. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
