Author Biography

Umm Hasan graduated from Oxford University in Experimental Psychology and is a Consultant Maths Specialist for neurodiverse children with specific learning difficulties.
She completed her ‘Aalimiyyah course at Al-Qalam Institute, Leicester, and teaches for Dar’ul Qur’an, Leicester.
As an ABM trained breastfeeding peer supporter, she also provides training for healthcare professionals on Ramadan fasting whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Her heart is at home as a mum of seven and home educator.
