Shipping Policies

You can order through our website to the following countries: Ireland, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. 

1. Shipping Aims and Tracking

• Europe Zone 1: Ireland
  • Estimated Aim: 3-5 Working Days (Post-Dispatch).
  • Tracking: Fully Tracked.
• World Zone 1: Canada, Malaysia
  • Estimated Aim: 5-10 Working Days (Post-Dispatch).
  • Tracking: Fully Tracked.
• World Zone 2: Australia, New Zealand, USA
  • Estimated Aim: 7-14 Working Days (Post-Dispatch).
  • Tracking: Fully Tracked.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. These are estimated aims and not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Delivery Charges and Currency

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your cart and the destination country. [I need to get 3 charts of prices for each shipping zone or we can link to Royal Mail]

• Standard Currency: All prices and shipping charges on our website are displayed in Great British Pounds (£).
• Currency Conversion: Your bank or card provider will automatically handle the currency conversion to your local currency (e.g. Euros, Canadian Dollars, Ringgits) at their current exchange rate.

3. Order Tracking and Communication

We keep you informed every step of the way:

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email from us immediately after your order is successfully placed.
• Dispatch Notification: Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
• Missing Emails: Please check your spam or junk folder in the first instance if you do not receive these notifications.
• What to Track: You can use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email to monitor your order status on the Royal Mail website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Disclaimer

• Shipping Terms: All international orders outside of the UK are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) / Duties Unpaid basis.
• Item Cost & Shipping Fee: Paid by The Customer at checkout. This is the only amount paid to us.
• Import Duties, Tariffs & Local Taxes: Paid by The Customer on arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your total at our checkout.
• Customs Handling Fees: Paid by The Customer on arrival. The local postal service or courier may charge a separate fee for processing customs clearance paperwork.
• Courier Contact: The courier or local postal service will contact you directly to collect these fees. We are legally unable to pay or calculate these fees on your behalf.
• Failure to Pay Policy: If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, the package will typically be destroyed or returned to us. If returned, the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs and will only be refunded for the product value, less all shipping charges and return fees incurred.
• Customer Recommendation: We strongly recommend that customers check their country’s import threshold and tax rates before placing an order.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

All services include tracking and basic compensation coverage.

• Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and contents and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so we can process a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.

Delayed/Lost: If your package has not updated tracking for 10 working days, please contact us. We must follow our carrier’s mandated waiting period (usually 21 days for international shipments) before declaring a package officially lost and issuing a replacement or refund.
